THE FRANKLIN HOTEL, Miami Beach – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The modern, spacious rooms above the lively nightclub/bar were comfortable and fairly basic, offering good value for money. The service was friendly and kind, but somewhat unhelpful in addressing noise issues. The location was perfect for beach access and exploring the area, despite some noise from nearby establishments. Dining options were satisfactory, and overall, the facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at The Franklin. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable, and the hotel is located in a great spot if you're there to party. The service was friendly and hospitable, although there was a minor hiccup with an unmade futon bed. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and all the excitement on Ocean Drive. The dining options were convenient, especially the freshly made sandwiches. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay memorable.

The hotel is located just off Lummus Park Beach and Ocean Drive, making it excellent for those who want to be in the heart of the action. While the noise from nearby bars can be loud at times, the proximity to restaurants and stores leaves a great impression. The service was a mixture of extremely friendly and helpful interactions, though there were instances where understanding the situation seemed challenging. The dining options, including self-service food choices, were convenient before heading to the beach. However, the shaking and rattling in the rooms due to loud music until late at night can be a significant drawback.

I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right near the beach, close to dining spots, and perfect for a night out in the Art Deco district. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, equipped with a complete kitchen, and had a big bathroom, which is uncommon for US standards. However, the service took a hit due to a misunderstanding with an additional person fee, but they redeemed themselves by helping make my daughter's sweet 16 celebration extra special. The location was unbeatable, and the amenities in the room were a pleasant surprise.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! It's tucked away in the heart of South Beach, making access to Ocean Drive very easy. Right on the party strip in SoBe, the room exceeded my expectations. It was good-sized and had a complete kitchen plus a big bathroom, which is unusual for US standards.
